Shukrani Bwire is the founder and chief executive officer of Shubtec Group Ltd. He holds a degree in civil engineering from Mbeya University of Science and Technology. Shukrani Bwire has worked with Canada-Africa Community Health alliance (CACHA) for eight years assisting the NGO in Tanzania to coordinate medical missions and select community projects. In addition, he has worked with Eprise Holding Company Limited as Project Engineer responsible to plan and coordinate execution of various construction projects
